  • Let's be real! Teachers are leaving the profession for a number of reasons with one mainly being the lack of solid support and mentoring. I provide school leaders with a service of helping build capacity in teacher leaders and coaching them to be mentors. 
  • It takes a village, right?! So, how are you connecting businesses and students as a critical partner within the village? I support school leaders, districts, and organizations with connecting students to business opportunities and have expertise in making the partnerships sustainable beyond the student's matriculation.

At the core of it all, I am an EDUCATOR and believe there is so much POWER in education! Education is the gateway to building a luxe legacy! People may be able to take many things from you, but one thing they can not remove is your knowledge and education regardless of its present level – from GED to Ph.D. or EdD – from Thank You, Laude, to Summa Cum Laude – it matters! I value my lived experiences and appreciate every opportunity to help educate and train people to catapult to their next level! 
 

Enlighten

Brighten the pathway to success! I connect with people and organizations that fully support inclusiveness in all aspects of their work. I believe in meeting the need to support in areas that remove barriers.  
 

Empower

Intentionality! If my hands are on it, I am intentional about it! It is beautiful work to expand opportunities for businesses, educators, and students. 
 

Students are one of the greatest assets to communities! So, I help school and district personnel find the gateway in connecting with businesses to prepare the next generation of leaders in the workforce.
